i can see a little gap at the bottom of the scroll bar but the only way i could get scroll bar fully to the bottom was to use the mouse wheel while hovering over the scrollbar itself (not the textarea)

then it scrolled to the bottom, i could see the text, but it just springs back up again when i stop scrolling the mouse wheel.
