thanks for the fix! starting to compile in older system to send issues to refine before 3.16 released

both daily and stable has same problems for migrations.. was the first time to use, but it seems problem coms from wiki and lack of care in packagin specification, check http://gambaswiki.org/bugtracker/edit?object=BUG.2161
