As I didn't find ways to change the fore- and background color of the 
header independently, I regard it as a problem. It is not backwards 
compatible, breaks common Gambas practice and can spoil GUIs of existing 
applications (a Gambas club member is annoyed because of that).

I was assuming that the header style is defined by the theme and 
independent from the style of the data fields. Was that a wrong assumption?
