Mmm no. I have just tried with QT5, and the mouse wheel works correctly 
in the help browser.

Now that I think: I have a high resolution mouse. And I had to made 
workaround inside the QT component because it cannot handle high 
resolution mouses correctly. Maybe the workaround makes the WebView 
ignore mouse wheel events if you have a normal mouse...
