Pre-release of Gambas 3.21

I have finished releasing the new 3.21 version of Gambas.

Before making the release official, please check it and report any 
problem you may have!

The source package is at:

You must login to get the latest version, or wait for 24 hours.

The binary packages are available at the OpenSuSE Build Servers (or will 
be because their site is currently under heavy load).
