I guess you installed from OSB repository and above mentioned packages are from the official distro repository.
You on Debian?Ubuntu? They don't package according to latest Gambas specifications, but are stuck in Waybackland.

gambas3-devel is long replaced by gambas3-dev-tools, so obsolete
gambas3-gb-gui is long replaced by gambas3-gui, so obsolete
gambas3-gb-gtk3-wayland and gambas3-gb-gtk3-x11 are part of gambas3-gb-gtk3 package on OSB, so obsolete
gambas3-gb-qt5-wayland and gambas3-gb-qt5-x11 are part of gambas3-gb-qt5 package on OSB, so obsolete
gambas3-gb-hash and gambas3-gb-jit are part of gambas3-runtime on OSB, so obsolete

So, yes all is installed, these are just non installed packages from official repository and obsolete.
