IDE Help popup text is difficult to read

In the IDE's Help popup, the signature for a function or method is difficult to read. I have tried different fonts, larger fonts 
sizes, and even bold font, but none of that helped.

Is this perhaps an anti-aliasing issue? What can I do to fix this?
