IDE highlighting theme configuration has been redesigned

Hi,

IDE highlighting theme configuration has been redesigned in the last 
commits.

Now there is no real distinction between dark or light theme. You choose 
the background color you want for your editors and terminals, and the 
highlighting theme automatically adapts.

Don't cry if it breaks your colors, it's fresh code, but report any 
problem anyway.
