Manjaro is based on Arch packages (while Ubuntu is based on Debian).

Manjaro's unstable branch is synced to Arch's stable releases. Then
there are are a few Manjaro-specific additions and also a period for
further testing before the packages are released to the stable branch.
This can cause problems when using packages from the Arch User
Repository (AUR) due to the AUR package being updated but the Manjaro
stable packages have not yet caught up to be version compatible. This
may or may not be an issue depending upon how heavily a Manjaro user
relies on the AUR.

If one wishes to be closer to the Arch stable releases while still
having a graphical installer and other more user-friendly configuration
management tools, EndeavorOS may be worth a look. There also would be no
issue with using the AUR as there may be with Manjaro.

Endeavour is more difficult than Manjaro and I think he does not have
the recovery of default (it is necessary to install him from Aur :-))
that saves your lifein a rolling release.
As a clumsy, with Mint I feel good, but if in the future I had problems,
Fedora could be an alternative and if someone likes KDE from version 42
goes from Spin to Edition.
Without offense for the excellent Suse but I of Microsoft ... ;-D
