I installed on opensusethere was a conflict that one solution was to not install 2 qt6 updates (iirc qt6-printhelper and qt6-webengine) was okay choosing that. That's not the issue thoughI noticed something in the suse install.. it downloaded a whole lot of - devel files like it would if i was going to compile.while downloading many -devel files and other things needed for compiling from source i'm thinking , surely these are not needed for a binary download/install ?So wanted to ask if the dependencies are for just the binary package install or are they still setup for the whole compiling process?Respects BruceS
No development package should be installed, it's strange. Alas I don't know rpm and openSUSE well...
Can you provide the full log of the install process done on the command line?
