We can do that, but I'll have to put that on the back burner for now, as

Just so much about rpm spec:
BuildRequires has nothing to do with Requires, Provides, Obsoletes.

BuildRequires can in principle be (almost) anywhere in the spec 
description and only says which dependencies are needed to build.

I like to write them in the sub-packages that need them, otherwise it 
gets even more chaotic - and with the number of packages in gambas, the 
chaos in packaging is always around the corner ...
