Downloadable debian repository for 3.19.6

Hi all,

I've spend most of my weekend on both the wiki package instructions for 3.18 and 3.19, and comparing them with Ubunt ppa recipes and mine.
And secondly on improving 3.18.4 and 3.19.6 recipe according to the instructions on the wiki.
I tested the 'improved' 3.19.6 recipe, made packages for debian12 amd64 and tested then on a vm.

All turned out good, so I packaged for both Debian11 and 12 (i386 and amd64) and made a Debian repository with all .deb packages, added instructions for use and put all in an archive for download.

I will add packages for arm64 (debian12 only) to the 3.19.6 archive as soon as I package them.
I will also improve on the 3.19.90 recipe, in the same spirit as the 3.19.6

So, all you people curious about running 3.19.6 on Debian (this time before it is available on Ubuntu).
Here is you once in a lifetime change ;-)
