I can confirm for 3.19.4 ,, looks like you changed the VERSION file, it
says 3.19.90
https://gitlab.com/gambas/gambas/-/blob/3.19.4/VERSION?ref_type=tags

the version.m4 says 3.19.90 also
https://gitlab.com/gambas/gambas/-/blob/3.19.4/version.m4?ref_type=tags
