Initial release of Gambas 3.19.4

Hi,

I have just tagged Gambas 3.19.4.

It includes important bug fixes in the interpreter and the GTK+ components.

Please download and compile it, and tell me if you encounter any 
problem, before I make the release official and generate the Ubuntu 
packages.
