It is weird.

Also i find this...
If i Shift-click a minus sign the procedure will fold okay.

Then after a Shift-click if i double click ANY minus sign (without
shift-key) in the left margin then i get Expand-all , if i double click a +
sign i get Collapse-all
That only happens once after shift-click to collapse/expand, then further
double clicks do nothing until i shift-click another proc.

I do not think the toolkit is paying any attention to "logical reason" ;)
