The offline documentation of a component now ignores the classes of the project when the project has the same name as the component.

Two-pass compilation now generates better description files.

* NEW: Display a warning when 'setpgid()' fails instead of raising an error.
* NEW: Two-pass compilation now generates better description files.
* BUG: Use `<` and `>` instead of `[` and `]` as separators in description files, as `[` is a valid class name character.
