Edit RichText.class, Add all supported color names
[GB.GUI.BASE]
* NEW: Richtext handles color names supported by all browsers.
* NEW: color names are converted to lower case.

* NEW: Add Color.HtmlColors Collection of 140 color names generally accepted by all browsers.
