Text editor: Add many new properties and events.

[GB.FORM.EDITOR]
* NEW: TextEditor: 'ExtraMargin' is a new property that allows to define a custom margin.
* NEW: TextEditor: 'DrawMargin' is a new event that is raised for drawing the contents of the custom margin.
* NEW: TextEditor: 'Insert' is a new event that is raised when new lines are inserted.
* NEW: TextEditor: 'Remove' is a new event that is raised when some lines are removed.
* NEW: TextEditor: 'LineSpacing' is a new property that returns the spacing between lines.
* NEW: TextEditor: 'MarginWidth' is a new property that returns the margin width, custom margin included.
