Add support for Ubuntu 26.04.

[PACKAGE CONFIG]
* NEW: Add '{@--...--@}' command for comments in template file. Update the highlighter accordingly.
* BUG: Imbricated '{@if@}' ... '@{endif}@' work correctly now.
* NEW: Add support for Ubuntu 26.04.
* NEW: Disable 'gb.sdl' and 'gb.sdl.sound' in Debian Testing.
