Add an optional left panel that toggles workspaces instead of the small buttons in the tab bar.

[DEVELOPMENT ENVIRONMENT]
* NEW: Add an optional left panel that toggles workspaces instead of the small buttons in the tab bar.
* NEW: Options dialog: Add the option that allows to choose between the workspace left panel or the small buttons in the tab bar.
* NEW: Update translation.
