New project tree toolbar.

[DEVELOPMENT ENVIRONMENT]
* NEW: Project tree: Split the toolbar and the filter.
* NEW: Project tree: Add zoom buttons.
* NEW: Project tree: Add a image preview toggle button.
* NEW: Project tree: Move the "show form classes" and "show child classes under their parent" toggle buttons from the popup menu to the toolbar.
* NEW: Update French translation.
