The 'USE' command is now correctly taken into account.

[COMPILER]
* NEW: Add two-pass compilation '-p' option to the help.
* NEW: The 'USE' command is now correctly taken into account.
* NEW: The compilation is always done in a background process, so that the 'USE' command can be correctly taken into account.
* BUG: Do no try to load the information on a component or library twice.
