Form editor: Add a proportional grid. Fix how the grid configuration is saved.

[DEVELOPMENT ENVIRONMENT]
* NEW: Form editor: Clicking the mouse wheel with the CTRL key on a pixel adds its color to the beginning of the palette.
* NEW: Form editor: Add a proportional grid.
* BUG: Form editor: Fix how the grid configuration is saved.

* NEW: Project tree: The filter triggers now from two characters, not three.
