A lot of fixes in the image editor.

[DEVELOPMENT ENVIRONMENT]
* BUG: Image editor: Fix how pasted image is drawn when clipped by the current selection.
* BUG: Image editor: Unselecting the current selection while there is a pasted image does not crash anymore.
* BUG: Image editor: Fix selection rotation.
* NEW: Image editor: Rotating the selection now also scales it when the 'CTRL' key is pressed.
* BUG: Image editor: Fix magnet detection when pasting an image.
