Make 'ArchLinux' and 'Debian Testing' work again. Support for 'Ubuntu 25.10'.

[GAMBAS PACKAGE CONFIG]
* BUG: Prevent duplicates in package list of files.
* NEW: Disable 'gb.gnome.keyring' in ArchLinux.
* NEW: Disable 'gb.gtk.opengl' in Ubuntu 25.10.
* NEW: Add 'libcrypt-dev' as a build dependency in Debian Testing.
