Some fixes in the image editor.

[DEVELOPMENT ENVIRONMENT]
* BUG: Image editor: Fix "polygon" drawing tool, and allow 3 and 4 sides.
* NEW: Image editor: The arrow keys can be used for moving the image when the "move" tool is enabled.
* BUG: Image editor: Fix "magic wand" selection tool.
