Some fixes in '-->' and '==>' management, and other fixes.

[WIKI]
* NEW: Cosmetic changes of text using non-proportional font.
* NEW: Changes of box backgrounds.
* BUG: 'gb.hash' has no package.
* BUG: Some fixes in '-->' and '==>' management.
* NEW: Remove classes whose name starts with an underscore from the TODO list.
* NEW: Add '@{readme}' command to extract README from the sources.
