Fixes in 'spec' template file. Fix component dependencies read from '*.component' files.

[GAMBAS-PACKAGE-CONFIG]
* BUG: Ignore excluded components in dependencies read from '*.component' files.
* BUG: Rpm packages summary should not ends with a dot.
* NEW: Rename the OBS package from 'gambas3' to 'gambas'.
* BUG: Add missing '%provides' in 'spec' file template.
