Finally fix Debian build!

[GAMBAS-PACKAGE-CONFIG]
* BUG: Do not put 'debian.changelog' inside dsc file if it has been put outside of the debian archive.
* BUG: Disable 'gb.desktop.gnome.keyring' in Debian.
* BUG: Fix a typo mistake in 'debian-12' contant.
