* ubuntu 20.04 uses libgmime-2.6-dev instead of libgmime-3.0-dev

* Breaks and Conflicts should not be used together, in this case Breaks is preffered (gambas3-dev-tools and gambas3-scripter)
* Transitional packages need to be in section oldlibs (applications too)
* Proper Breaks versions for gambas3-dev-tools
