Fixes in Debian and openSUSE packaging.

[GAMBAS-PACKAGE-CONFIG]
* NEW: Rename the common openSUSE spec file template.
* NEW: Add '@{dependencies all}@' command for automatic dependencies of the 'gambas3' meta package.
* BUG: Fix automatic dependencies of Debian packages.
* BUG: Fix git urls of Debian packages.
* BUG: Fix conditional packaging of openSUSE.
