File information dialog: Add "do not translate" and "compress in executable" properties.

[DEVELOPMENT ENVIRONMENT]
* NEW: File information dialog: Add "do not translate" and "compress in executable" properties.
* NEW: File information dialog: Allow to force no highlighting for a file or a directory.
* NEW: Project tree: Use an emblem for displaying compressed files.
* NEW: Update French translation.
