I opened a project in IDE that was last opened before my update to gambas library LibGb3Base 0.2.0
I get a warning that some of the libraries used by the project are missing (see attached png)

Clicking Ok opens project properties Libraries tab.
Library doesn´t seem to see the update to 0.2.0 version and is stuck on old 0.1.21 version (see attached png)

Because library 0.2.0 version is installed using a .deb made by IDE it replaced the already installed version 0.1.21 (also from .deb made by IDE).
The IDE doesn´t recognize this, hence .deb packages made in past and installed on systems with new version library 0.2.0 will NOT start and all have to be opend in IDE, set library to 0.2.0 instead of 0.1 and next be repackaged. It has been quite a lot of work and I still stumble on less used applications that need repackaging.

So, clearly packager works fine, IDE somehow is stuck on 0.1 and refuses to accept 0.2 although in library properties compatibility is set up to 1.0.0

I hope you understand the problem.
