is the gambas package for wayland gtk3 installed?
It is possible that Tuxedo is missing some dependencies that it's base Ubuntu has and will install.

$ ls /usr/lib/gambas3/*wayland*.component

you should see  /usr/lib/gambas3/gb.gtk3.wayland.component  /usr/lib/gambas3/gb.qt5.wayland.component

try this command in a terminal to ensure ALL gambas packages are installed.

sudo apt install gambas3*

Also try this command in a terminal to get the information Benoit was looking for...

$ gambas3 --system-information

I am currently downloading Tuxedo OS3 and will try to install gambas for you and report any problems/solutions. :)
