OK, this is done in https://gitlab.com/gambas/gambas/-/commit/435c31169ad55dd2d13f2e02d81816c1b0c1bd4d.

Now $XDG_RUNTIME_DIR is used, and as this directory should not have the "noexec" flag, things should work.

Can you check it on your side if possible?
