<div dir="ltr">I don't know if this is the answer, but I have always believed that RichText and HTML have absolutely nothing to do with each other.  Have you tried <Italic></Italic> and <Underline></Underline>?  I'm not sure why 'b' works as it should be 'Bold' according to the RFC document.</div>
