I did something of that sort but left out:<br>

  - the non-tabstrip-specific parts,<br>
  - the naming recommendation,<br>
  - the Tooltip part because according to my tests, the Tooltip<br>
    is a property of the whole TabStrip, it cannot be set for<br>
    each tab individually.<br>

I don't think it is too concise for newcomers now, but you'll<br>
know better.<br>
