... this is the first place, the interpreter searches for (for backward<br>
compatibility, so that older executables don't break with a newer<br>
interpreter).<br>

But the IDE (the library form in the project definition form) does not<br>
support this, because the old place for libs is obsolete.<br>
<br>
I do not understand, why this is so important for you. I am using quite<br>
a lot of libraries, but for me it was only half an hour's work to change<br>
all my projects for the new behaviour of the IDE.<br>
