[Gambas-user] Use of gb.image.io

gb.qt5 (and the other gui toolkits) implement image.io so it is not needed
if you use a gui toolkit
if you look at gb.image.io wiki and also qt4.image you will see they do the
same (or very similar) things

you only need to add gb.image.io if the application does not use a gui
toolkit otherwise you have all the gb.image.io methods anyway..
gb.image.effect is the one that makes a difference in guis :)
