[Gambas-user] Implement DGNLib in gambas

Hello friends,
I need to implement the reading of binary files with the DGNLib library 
to extract information.
If anyone can take a look and give me some guidance on how to get 
started it would be a great help.
DGN is a CAD file format, it is well documented and the library doesn't 
seem too big, I think.
