After testing, it appears this works great on the Raspberry Pi 4 after it is upgraded to the 
bullseye 64 bit version of PI OS.

Add this line to the beginning of /etc/apt/sources.list

deb http://deb.debian.org/debian/ bullseye-backports main contrib non-free

Then 
    sudo apt update
    apt -t bullseye-backports install gambas3
