I don't think its the speed. I imagine that 'old' Pcs have some 
artifacts of former installations or sth like that.

I have a VirtualBox VM which has the bug. It's about 18 GB, I could copy 
it on an USB Stick and send it to you, if you want. For that I would 
need your address in France via PM.
