[Gambas-user] Release of Gambas 3.16.2

Hi,

I have released Gambas 3.16.2 with most of the bug fixed since the 
previous 3.16.1.

You can download it at:

https://gitlab.com/gambas/gambas/-/archive/3.16.2/gambas-3.16.2.tar.bz2

to check it before I update the Ubuntu PPA packages and make it official.
