Isn't the whole idea of Format command to let the user define the format?
So, the format should be user defined independently of localization. Right?
I have never seen this "ti 12. tammikuu 2021" format to be used in Finland.
Time is officially written as "14.18", but "14:18" is better and equally
understood.
