[Gambas-user] Report a bug -where?

[Dag Jarle Nerland Johansen - Gambas]

Hi, never done that before, report what I think is a bug.
where do I do that at the best?
And as I am with questioning: My name always appears as gambas-user, I 
should log in to Gambas-User for the mailing list, but all I see there 
are archives with dates and dates and dates, helps me nothing.
How do I log in the right way?
