[Gambas-user] Pre-release of Gambas 3.16.0 (V2)

This way of making releases i thinks is good..

people using stable production applications does not use nighty builds..

i noted some new components in gambas, could you tell us what of them
are included and waht not in the 3.16 ? since i do not use ppa's
