[Gambas-user] Making an app gtk/qt switchable

And can confirm working in mint.
I just did a git pull on a clean mint, and non modified gambas master (pure
gambas/gambas 3.15.90) ,
and 'make install'
and yep, newly made panel launcher has those lovely options added so i
don't have to and working fine :)
