[Gambas-user] Crontab and Gambas executable

I don't understand what happens here:

1 - I created an executable (launch.gambas) and saved it in my home
2 - I updated crontab with: 10 16 * * * /home/gian/lancio.gambas

But at 16:10 the program doesn't start, what am I doing wrong?
