I attaching example that tries to understand what the difference between a container does is change the height.
And the WebExpander does not let the height change.

Also in the example that is attached,

When you press the small arrow on the WebExpander, it should hide all the controls inside.
But there is still a blue background.
He seems to have set the blue color as well as the height of the parent container
