[Gambas-user] Next release of Gambas

Hi,

Finally I decided that the next release will be 3.13.0, not 3.12.3, 
because of the new features introduced since 3.12.2.

But I won't release it now, as I wanted. I will first check how playback 
rate, and playback step-by-step can be added to gb.media component.
